聚丙烯酰胺
聚丙烯酰胺是水溶性高分子聚合物,外观为白色或微黄色粉粒,容易吸水,长期受热分解,分解温度在200℃以上,在无氧条件下,210℃炭化为黑色粉末。不溶于大多数有机溶剂,具有良好的絮凝性,可以降低液体之间的磨擦阻力,离子特性可分为非离子、阴离子、阳离子和两性型四种类型。
 聚丙烯酰胺是重要的水溶性聚合物,而且兼具絮凝性、增稠性、剪切性、降阻性、分散性等宝贵性能。这些性能随着衍生物离子的不同而各有侧重。因而在采油、选矿、洗煤、冶金、化工、造纸、纺织、制糖、医药、环保、建材、农业生产等部门都有广泛的使用。
无机高分子絮凝剂,主要用于净化饮用水和给水的特殊水质处理,如除铁、除氟、除镉、除放射性污染、除漂浮油等;也可用于工作废水处理,如印染废水等;还可用于精密铸造、医药、造纸、制革等,和有机絮凝剂配合使用效果更佳,处理后水的cod和色度指标会有明显的改善。
  1、工业废水处理:适用于悬浮颗粒较粗、浓度高、粒子带阳电荷,水的ph值为中性或碱性的污水、钢铁厂废水、电镀厂废水、冶金废水、洗煤废水等污水处理。
   2、饮用水处理:我国很多自来水厂的水源来自江河。泥沙及矿物质含量高,比较混浊,虽经过沉淀过滤,仍不能达到要求,需要投加絮凝剂。过去水厂采用无机絮凝剂,但投加量大,造成污泥量增大,效果不好。采用阴离子聚丙烯酰胺作絮凝剂,投加量是无机絮凝剂的1/50,但效果是无机絮凝剂的数倍。对于有机物污染严重的江河水和阳离子聚丙烯酰胺配合使用效果更好。 
   3、油田三次采油的驱油剂:可以调节注入水的流变性,增加驱动液的粘度,改善水驱波及效率,降低地层中水相渗透率,使水和油能匀速地向前流动。其作用在石油开采方面,主要用于油田的三次采油。每注入一吨高分子聚丙烯酰胺产品,可多采原油100-150吨左右。
钻井泥浆材料:在油田的勘探开发以及地质水利煤炭的勘探中,用作钻井泥浆材料的添加剂,可以提高钻头的使用寿命,提高钻速和进度,减少换钻时的堵塞,防井塌效果明显。还可用作油田的压裂液及调剖堵水的堵水剂。 
   4、造纸助剂:造纸行业可用作烧碱的澄清、助留剂、助滤剂、纸张干湿强度增强剂。 
   5、制糖行业中用做糖汁澄清剂。 
  6、可用作水产饲料中的添加剂及黏结剂。

1、絮团的大小:絮团太小会影响排水的速度,絮团太大会使絮团约束较多水而降低泥饼干度。经过选择聚丙烯酰胺的分子量能够调整絮团的大小。
2、污泥特性:第一点理解污泥的来源,特性以及成分,所占比重。依据性质的不同,污泥可分为有机和无机污泥两种。阳离子聚丙烯酰胺用于处置有机污泥,相对的阴离子聚丙烯酰胺絮凝剂用于无机污泥,碱性很强时用阳离子聚丙烯酰胺,而酸性很强时不宜用阴离子聚丙烯酰胺,固含量高时污泥通常聚丙烯酰胺的用量也大。
3、絮团强度:絮团在剪切作用下应坚持稳定而不破碎。进步聚丙烯酰胺分子量或者选择适宜的分子构造有助于进步絮团稳定性。
4、聚丙烯酰胺的离子度:针对脱水的污泥,可用不同离子度的絮凝剂经过先做小试进行挑选,选出最佳适宜的聚丙烯酰胺,这样即能够获得最佳絮凝剂效果,又可使加药量最少,节约本钱。
5、聚丙烯酰胺的溶解:溶解良好才能充分发挥絮凝作用。有时需求加快溶解速度,这时可思索进步聚丙烯酰胺溶液的浓度。
